30 Minute Lesson – $35

1 Hour Lesson – $50

**We recommend a minimum of 6 weeks of private lessons to get the most of your child’s instruction.


2 students – $40 per child for 1 hour, $25 per child for 30 minutes

3 students – $35 per child for 1 hour, $20 per child for 30 minutes

4 students – $30 per child for 1 hour, $15 per child for 30 minutes

Hitting and Fielding Instructor

Grady Middendorf is a former college baseball player for Washburn University in Topeka, KS. He spent four years with the Ichabods as a first baseman and third baseman. Grady was an all-state third baseman with the Jefferson West Tigers where he lettered in baseball all four years.


Pitching Instructor

Nate is a former pitcher for Washburn University and Southeast Community College in Beatrice, NE. Nate led the Ichabods pitching staff his senior yearin ERA as a reliever. He also served as Southeast’s game 2 starter and helped lead Southeast to their first ever appearance in the Junior College World Series in 2017.


Hitting and Fielding Instructor

Dan Reilly is a recent Washburn University graduate and is originally from Overland Park. He came to Topeka in 2014 to further his education and baseball career. Dan majored in Kinesiology and was a 5 year member of the Washburn University Baseball team. His focus is primarily hitting with an emphasis on fundamentals. His personal belief is that mastering the basics is the most important step in allowing players to reach their full potential.


Catcher, Pitching and Fielding Instructor

Zach went to Shawnee Heights and played catcher for 4 years at Washburn University. Zach graduated from Washburn in 2017 with a Kinesiology degree. Zach is an experienced collegiate catcher with experience in pitching, infield and outfield as well.


Hitting, Pitching and Fielding Instructor

Stacy is one of our new softball instructors this year at K4. She was born and raised in Marysville, Ks where she attended Marysville High School. She competed at the collegiate level at Highland CC (2004-2006) as an Academic All-American.  Stacy coached Softball at Tonganoxie High School (2009-2010) and at Shawnee Heights High School (2011-2012).  Stacy has been a softball and pitching instructor for the past 8 years, and will be running any and all types of softball instruction for K4 Sports this year.



Hitting Instructor

Adam currently works for the state of Kansas as the head of the Kansas Athletic Commission. Adam served as the assistant coach/hitting coach at KU from 2010 to 2014.  During his five years as the programs hitting instructor, the team set the program record for home runs in a season and led Division I softball with a .345 average in 2013.  Adam also spent the last three seasons as the head coach at Rossville High School.


Speed and Agility Coach

Derek is from Meriden and is going on his second year here at K4 Sports, as our Speed and Agility coach. He was recruited out of high school to further his athletic and academic career at Fort Scott CC for football as a punter in 2008 & 2009. After Fort Scott, Derek was again recruited this time to play for LSU football where he was their punter in 2010 & 2011. Derek is is excited to work with your kids to help improve running form, and to educate them on proper technique to reduce future injury. He will be holding classes and one on one session this year for Speed and Agility.
